Voice Mate is a powerful AI-driven voicemail assistant designed to handle your calls when you’re busy or unavailable. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our pricing structure, ensuring full transparency and clarity.

Monthly Subscription

Voice Mate operates on a simple and flexible pricing model:

• €4.99 per month (prorated): You only pay for the time you use Voice Mate. If you cancel your account before the end of the billing cycle, we will prorate your usage accordingly.
• €0.004 per Second called (usage based): We’ll count the total seconds you called per month. And add that to your bill.
• Minimum charge of €2.50: To cover the cost of purchasing and maintaining your AI phone number, there is a minimum charge of €2.50. This means that if you cancel early, you’ll be charged at least this amount to cover number-related expenses. The rest is prorated.

Example Pricing Calculation

To provide more clarity, here’s an example:

• A user receives 25 calls, each lasting 1 minute (60 seconds).
• Total call duration: 25 × 60 = 1,500 seconds.
• Usage cost: 1,500 × €0.004 = €6.00.
• Monthly base fee: €4.99.
• Total charge: €4.99 + €6.00 = €10.99.

Different scenarios:

• If the user also set’s up a 3rd party integration with Hubspot or Google calendar then another €4.99 is charged for the integrations bundle and the total will be €15.98
• And if the user cancels this halfway through the month he will be refunded as follows:
• the base fee is prorated and thus only €2.48
• The usages fees remain at €6.00
• The integrations bundle is also prorated to €2.48
• This totals €10.98 this is more than the minimum fee and thus none is added.

This example illustrates how the usage-based billing works alongside the monthly subscription fee. This is besides any fees charged by your telecom provider (See below)

Additional Considerations

• Call Forwarding Costs: Depending on your telecom provider and region, additional charges may apply. Voice Mate routes calls to a U.S.-based number for AI processing, and your provider may charge international forwarding fees.
• Transparent Billing: Our billing system ensures that you are only charged for what you use. You can cancel anytime, and your charges will be adjusted accordingly.
