VoiceMate Voicemail App Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to VoiceMate! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VoiceMate Voicemail App (“App”). By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1 Credit Card Charges
By using the App, you agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Charges will be billed to your credit card on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Telecom Provider Fees
Please be aware that additional fees from your telecom provider may apply for using the App. These fees are not controlled by VoiceMate and are your responsibility.
4. Fair Use Policy
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Using the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms or our Fair Use Policy. Any remaining balance on your account will not be refunded in the event of termination due to misuse.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the App
7. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
